Do I have to be over 18 to order from The Adult Play Box?
Yes, all our products are age-restricted for 18 and over customers only. If we believe you are under the age of 18, we will cancel your order.
When should I expect my order?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For orders within the UK, you'll be able to enjoy your selected products within 2-4 working days. Outside of the UK this may take slightly longer, depending on the courier.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, absolutely! Our packaging is either a plain brown box or a simple grey bag, to ensure that your order stays private.
What will show on my bank statement?
All card transactions will shows on your bank statement as APB.
What is your returns policy?
We like to keep things simple at The Adult Play Box.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you for any unused products once you have returned them to us within 30 days from the day you placed the order. Just pop us an email over to theadultplaybox@outlook.com to begin your return.
What should i do if my product is faulty?
At The Adult Play Box we strive to deliver the best quality products, however occasionally we do encounter faulty items.
If your item is faulty we will happily replace your product within 12 months of purchase. If we do not have stock of this product we will offer you a similar alternative or process a refund.
